We can deliver almost anywhere in the world by standard Airmail or courier service. Costs will vary according to the destination. Please contact us prior to placing an order and we will be happy to give you a quote for delivery.
RETURNS
Extension to our returns policy over Christmas period
Customers placing orders between 1st November and 23rd December 2011 have until 14th January 2012 to return any unwanted items*.
We want you to be delighted with the jewellery you buy from Annie Haak Designs and we have a no-fuss returns policy. This means that if for whatever reason you are less than thrilled with the jewellery you have purchased you may return your order within 14 days from receiving it.
All we ask is that you return the jewellery unworn and in the condition in which it was received. You will be issued with a refund by the same method of payment within 30 days of receiving your returned goods. We are unable to refund postage and packaging costs.
Items that are returned in an unsaleable condition (or returned after the permitted 14-day return timescale) will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
*Annie Haak Designs is unfortunately unable to accept the return of:
* Jewellery made to the customer's personal specifications
* Earrings - due to hygiene reasons
Unless the Goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning Goods to Annie Haak. We recommend that you use the Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If the Goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded.
