Making a purchase
We’ve tried to make it as enjoyable and easy to buy beautiful sterling silver jewellery from Annie Haak Designs. We hope you enjoy browsing our online boutique store and when you find a bracelet or necklace that you simply can’t resist, simply click on ‘Add to basket’. You can then either continue shopping, or click on ‘Checkout’ to complete the simple purchase process.
We accept all major credit cards with payment being made via a Secure (SSL) interface using Sage, our payment service provider (PSP).
General
The Seller is Annie Haak Designs. The Buyer is any person or company who buys or has agreed to buy Goods from the Seller.
Goods means any goods provided by the Seller in accordance with the Sellers standard Terms & Conditions of Sale. Conditions means the Standard Terms and Conditions of sale set out in this document. These Terms & Conditions of Sale supersede any previous Terms & Conditions of Sale of the Seller. Any variations of these Terms & Conditions must be confirmed in writing by the Seller and will not otherwise be valid. Any waiver by the Seller of these Terms & Conditions of Sale on any occasion shall merely act as a waiver on that occasion, and shall not affect the Sellers right to enforce these Terms & Conditions on any further occasion; no Terms & Conditions stipulated by the Buyer shall have effect unless otherwise agreed in writing from the Seller.
Force Majeure
Annie Haak Designs will not be liable to the Buyer or deemed to be in breach of contract because of any delay or non-performance directly or indirectly due to any cause beyond Annie Haak reasonable control including without limitation lack of adequate instructions from the Buyer, Governmental regulations or requirements, Acts of God, unavailability of materials, work stoppages, strikes, slowdowns, boycotts or other industrial action and in such case may wholly or partially suspend shipment of Goods.
Faulty goods
If any goods are found to be damaged or appear to be faulty upon delivery, please contact us immediately before returning the jewellery to us. We can then provide a return authorisation and record the fault, but sometimes identify the problem if you are in any doubt about the product.
If your product develops a fault after our standard returns period, we offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, except for woven/friendship jewellery which comes with a 6-month warranty. Items must be returned along with a proof of purchase/original order number to be repaired or replaced under warranty.
We are unable to offer store credit or refunds for faulty items under warranty and outside the standard returns period. Items returned without proof of purchase will be subject to a repair charge.
Our warranty does not cover lost or stolen items, tarnished goods, general wear and tear or stretched items.
Personalised Bespoke & Custom Sizes
Please note that we do not offer any refunds on items made to a bespoke size or with personalised engravings as they are bespoke and been made for a specific individual.
Credit card security
Credit card numbers are not held on this website. A credit card number will be requested only when within the secure (SSL) area of our Payment Service Provider. See Security and Privacy for more information.
Privacy policy
Annie Haak Designs does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third parties for goods delivery purposes.
d.Occasionally contact you via email, text, or direct mail, with marketing communications relating to launches, events, and promotions.

Law
This contract shall be governed by English Law.
Gift & E-Gift Cards
Gift and E-Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the sale date. Gift and E-Gift cards cannot be extended beyond the expiry date. After the card had expired any remaining value cannot be refunded and the card will become inactive.
Gift and E-Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash value.
We are unable to refund or replace a lost, stolen, or damaged card.
If you return an item that you bought using a gift card, the refund will be credited to your gift card or to a new card if you no longer have it. The value on the gift card will be subject to the original expiry date.
Promotions & Codes
Annie Haak Designs may, from time to time, run promotions with discount codes or gift with purchase promotions. All promotions are subject to the following Terms and Conditions unless otherwise stated:
- The duration of a promotion will be stated and cannot be backdated.
- During Sale and Promotions please allow a few extra days for delivery than your original estimate. If you haven't received your order within 7 working days please contact us.
- Please note that due to high volume of orders during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, we are unable to add to or amend any orders after they have been placed during this time. If you wish to change your order please return and re-order, normal returns Terms and Conditions apply and the returns form can be found in your parcel or download your returns form here. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
- Only one promotion will be valid per order, per email address or per delivery address. This includes but is not limited to discount codes, promotion codes, Reward Points, gift with purchase or any other offer. The Terms and Conditions of the promotion will state if a code can be re-used. If you wish to use a discount code over a complimentary gift, please remove the complimentary gift from your cart and re-apply the code. If you wish to use your Reward Points over a discount code, please remove the code and return to Checkout.
- Promotion codes, discount codes and gift with purchase promotions are only valid on full price items and exclude Sale items, Last Chance and Clearance items, Repairs costs, Gift Wrap, Gift Cards, the Pink Ribbon collection and any other Charity item, unless stated otherwise.
- Gift with purchase promotions are subject to a minimum spend which excludes postage and packaging. If you change your mind about your purchase and would like to return your order for a refund, you will be required to return any promotional gift from the same order to receive your refund in full. If you fail to return the promotional gift and your overall spend drops below the required minimum spend, we will refund you minus the RRP of the promotional item.
- Gift with purchase promotions - In certain promotions you will be able to choose the size of the gifted bracelet from a pop-up that will appear at checkout, this option will not appear if you are using Apple Pay or other Quick Pay payment method.
- Promotional gifts are available whilst stocks last and will not be packaged in an ANNIE HAAK Gift box unless otherwise stated. Annie Haak Designs reserves the right to amend the colour of the complimentary product to continue the promotion past available stock
- Promotional gifts are available in one size unless otherwise stated.
- Rewards points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with Sale,Promotions, Gift Cards and discount codes. Loyalty points can only be used and redeemed on full price items and cannot be used in conjunction with gift with purchase, discount, or any other offer unless otherwise stated. Only one promotion is valid per order, so you are not able to use a Discount Code and your Reward Points. If you wish to use your Points over a Discount Code that you have already applied, please cancel the Discount Code in your cart and you will be able to select you Points as a Payment Method at Checkout.
- Promotion codes via email may be locked to that email address.
- Newsletter Sign Up Discount Codes: Codes that were given after signing up for the newsletter are valid for 1 month from the date they were received.
- Promotion codes, Discount codes, gift with purchase and any other offers are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
- Promotion codes received via a pop-up will NOT be emailed to you – make sure to write the code down.
- Please note that any promotional codes or offers found on discount websites may not be valid.
- Please note that no discount codes are applicable on discounted products.
- Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with loyalty Reward Points.
- If you change your mind about your purchase and would like to return your order for a refund, you will be required to return any promotional gift from the same order to receive your refund in full. If you fail to return the promotional gift and your overall spend drops below the required minimum spend, we will refund you minus the RRP of the promotional item (RRP £). Customer services will contact you in this instance before debiting your account.

Competitions
After any website competition, the winner will be chosen at random and notified by email from a member of the ANNIE HAAK DESIGNS team.
The prize will be posted by a courier service once the winner has acknowledged our contact.
All entrants will be notified if they have been successful or not and given the opportunity to take up an offer from Annie Haak for a limited period.
Only those entrants that have given permission to receive further e-communications from Annie Haak will thereafter receive news, offers and new collection launch e-news.
All competitions are open to UK residents only.
After any competition hosted on our social media pages, the winner(s) will be chosen at random and notified by direct message from the verified Annie Haak Designs account. No cash alternative for the prize package will be given.
Sale
All Sale events are subject to the following Terms and Conditions unless otherwise stated:
- The duration of a Sale will be stated and whilst stocks last.
- Sale prices will not be backdated if a product has been purchased prior to the Sale launch.
- We are unable to refund the price difference if a product was purchased full price and currently is discounted.
- Promotion codes, discount codes and gift with purchase promotions are only valid on full price items and exclude Sale items. Please contact us if you have a discount code that you would like to use on full price products.
- Annie Haak Designs offers refunds and exchanges on all sale products.
- Polishing cloths will not be included in orders with discounted items.
- You are unable to redeem any Reward Points on Sale or promotional items.

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with loyalty reward points.
Returns, Exchanges & Refund Terms
1. Right to Return
Subject to the conditions set out below, customers may return eligible items within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
2. Conditions of Return
Returned items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition; and
- Include the Annie Haak security tag, which must remain intact and attached.
- Items returned without a security tag will be rejected and returned to the customer without refund.
- Personalised or engraved items are made to order and are non‑returnable, unless faulty.
- Gift wrapping charges are non‑refundable.
- Where an order includes a promotional or complimentary gift, such item must also be returned in order to qualify for a full refund.
- All returns must be accompanied by a fully completed Returns Form. We reserve the right to delay processing where the form is not provided.
3. Returns Fee
A £2.95 returns handling fee applies to all refunds and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
4. Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for postage and packaging charges for sending the new replacement items.
- Where the replacement item is of higher value, payment of the price difference will be required prior to dispatch.
- Where the replacement item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded, excluding postage and packaging costs.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within three (3) working days of receipt of the returned item. Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Delivery costs will be refunded for faulty items only.
Refunds originally paid using Rewards Points may result in a negative points balance. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to deduct the outstanding balance from the refund amount or require repayment by alternative means.
