I am writing to say how very impressed I am with your website and service. I was watching ‘Angela and Friends’ on Sky 1 where one of your necklaces was featured on Friday.
I liked it so much I looked you up on the internet and subsequently ordered the necklace over the Bank Holiday weekend. I was expecting it to arrive towards the end of this week, but it came today!
I’m very pleased with the necklace itself, and the way it had been packaged. I also liked the hand-written compliment slip and voucher, both of which I think is a lovely touch.
It’s always nice to discover a new website and I shall definitely be using you again as there are quite a few things I like on your site!

Just wanted to say thank you for the superb service I received when ordering the silver 'bee' charm bracelet and silver Swarovski crystal ring as Christmas presents for a close friend. I couldn't believe it when my order was received in less than 24 hours from placing it. Not only that, when I opened it up I was delighted with the jewellery and the exquisite care that obviously goes into the packaging. Even the compliment slip with a hand written note wishing me seasons greetings was such a lovely personal touch. My friend who received the gifts was thrilled and declared they were the best and most beautiful Christmas presents she had received. Her name is Belinda but she is known to her friends as Bee and uses the a bumble bee as her monicker so the bracelet was particularly significant.
