Designed in support of Annie Haak’s chosen charity, Dementia Support - Sage House, 50% of proceeds from the Memories Matter Bracelet Stack will be donated directly to the charity who provide excellent quality care and support for everyone affected by dementia. Handcrafted in 925 Sterling Silver, this three-strand design features blue Preciosa crystals and three sentimental charms - Annie’s signature My Guardian Angel and Feather, and a Heart charm engraved with a ‘Memories Matter’ motto and symbolic Forget-Me-Not Flower to the reverse.
