We’re so excited to announce that we’ve partnered with the not-for-profit organisation Dress for Success Greater London! In doing so, we’ve debuted our Nurture Silver necklace, designed by Annie herself to symbolise the empowerment of women all over the world.
Dress for Success Greater London is a wonderful charity empowering women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
The design of the debut Nurture necklace features the Dress for Success Greater London logo in Sterling silver with eye-catching red, engraved with ‘Nurture’ on the back. The engraving signifies how Dress for Success Greater London support and care for their clients, giving each one confidence and knowledge that she can actively define her life with and enabling them to break the cycle of poverty.
We debuted our necklace on Tuesday 6th March at the first annual Power of Women Awards, a fantastic evening recognising the key individuals and organisations involved in empowering and inspiring women to succeed. We attended the awards ceremony and were completely humbled by our absolute soul sisters!
With each sale of the Nurture Silver necklace on our website, 30% of all sales will go directly to the charity. This will help the 152 Dress for Success affiliates in 28 countries across the world, all of which work with a continually expanding and diverse group of non-profit and government agencies, including homeless shelters, immigration services, job training programs, educational institutions and domestic violence shelters. The organisation could not fulfil its mission without the support of each local community along with more than 12,000 volunteers.
Supporting Dress for Success means they can reach a greater number of women and helps to achieve their vision of “A world where women do not live in poverty; are treated with dignity and respect; and are strengthening their families and shaping their communities.”
