Angelina's charity jewellery collection
Angelina Jolie’s jewellery collection has been described as a “labour of love” by co-designer Robert Procop who also designed Brangelina’s engagement ring, which the Annie Haak team adores.
All of the profits from Angelina and Robert’s jewellery collaboration are going to the Education Partnership for Children of Conflict. Angelina is known for promoting humanitarian causes especially her work with refugees as a Special Envoy and former Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
The 36-year-old Hollywood actress, who has been cited as the world’s most beautiful woman and named Hollywood's highest-paid actress by Forbes in 2009 and 2011, aims for the funds she raises from her jewellery sales to go towards the build of a girl’s school in Qala Gadu, Afghanistan.
Jewellery designer Robert Procop, who created Angelina’s $250,000 diamond engagement ring along with the actress’ fiancé-to-be Brad Pitt over the course of one year, said:
"It's a labour of love. Our commitment is always supporting the children's charity, which remains the overall intention and purpose of the collection."
Robert goes on to insist that he and Angelina "strive for nothing less than artistic innovation with every jewel," and he believes it is easily recognisable that the range is in her "classically chic" style.
He added, in an interview with People: "She is very classically chic. We cultivated this style, which echoes a woman's timeless allure. When you see the collection, it has a distinction.
"When you look at it, you recognise that it's the Style of Jolie."
We think that the stylish mother of six would love our Bella and Beau Sterling Silver Charm Bracelet. She could have it specially crafted by Annie Haak with three Bella charms to represent Zahara, Shiloh and Vivienne and three Beau charms to represent Maddox, Pax and Knox. This would be perfect topped off with the names of the three girls engraved on one side of our large sterling silver heart charm and the names of the three boys on the reverse!
