K-Middy wears Brit jewellery on tour
The Annie Haak Designs team has a lot of love for the Duchess of Cambridge, the media might give her a lot of flack, but all we see when we look at her is a fashion icon, through and through. With this in mind, we weren’t surprised to see gorgeous Kate Middleton flying the flag for British jewellery designers on her recent overseas tour.
The stylish Duchess recently joined husband Prince William on a Jubilee tour taking in Singapore, Malaysia, the Solomon Islands and Tuvalu, on behalf of the Queen. As well as paying homage to her host countries, that is wearing a dress designed by Singapore-born designer Prabel Gurung while visiting Singapore, K-Middy chose to pass-up wearing Royal heirlooms to accessorise with fabulous on-trend jewellery designed by British designers.
While touring with Wills, Kate was spotted rocking a pair of red sponge coral drop earrings by Seretta with a rolled gold chain tassel. Did you know that Annie Haak Designs does sterling silver jewellery with coral? In fact, our Sama Pure Silver and White Coral Solid Heart Bracelet, as seen in You Magazine, will look darling on you, whether you’re a Duchess or not. Alternatively, why not channel Kate but go for a colour-pop of this season’s hottest hue and contrasting sterling silver chain detail with a pair of Sterling Silver and Turquoise Dangle Earrings.
Our own British jewellery designer, Annie Haak, was thrilled to see Kate showcasing jewellery designed in the UK for everyday women and said:
“It’s fabulous to see that Kate is not only sticking to her own excellent sense of style but that she’s staying close to her passion for British fashion and supporting it in the best way possible, by being our poster girl!
We’d be honoured to see the Duchess of Cambridge wearing some sterling silver jewellery from our collection. We have plenty of pieces that would complement her iconic look.”
