An update from Annie
I would like to give a heartfelt THANK YOU for your continued support and custom. We as a business have been overwhelmed with very some very thoughtful messages, and I am sure we will all get through this time together no matter how difficult everything seems right now.

Our office staff are working from home but with very stick hygiene, health and distancing measures in place our production team are working safely and in line with UK Government advice.
We're doing all we can to ensure we maintain as normal a service as possible and will keep you updated through our social channels and website.

We are happy to confirm that we are able to despatch your orders. A core team is working from the premises and are adhering to the latest government advice whilst fulfilling orders. Our phonelines are open Monday-Friday from 9.30am-11.30am and 2pm-4pm. Our friendly staff are also available on firstname.lastname@example.org and ready to respond to queries. Returns and Exchanges
Please note that during this unprecedented time we are currently unable to offer exchanges. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment within 30 days of receipt of returned goods. Once your goods are received into the office they will be held for up to 72 hours before being opened to protect our staff.
Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition within 14 days of receipt - we are unable to accept the return of pierced jewellery, personalised engraving, or gift wrap unless faulty.
You might experience an order pause on our website the following days. The reason for that is we would like to ensure the safest way of running our Production and Despatch departments. A message from Annie
Dear Valued Customers,
Thank you all who have sent amazing messages and who are supporting Annie Haak.
I have some happy news for all of you, we are back! Since we closed temporarily earlier this week, we have worked on adapting our office space so that we can have a small number of our production staff working to fulfil orders whilst remaining safe. A core team is working from the premises and are adhering to the latest government advice. Although our phone lines are closed, our friendly staff are on firstname.lastname@example.org and ready to respond to queries. We are processing orders as quickly as possible, but some might arrive a bit later than usual.
I would also like to take this opportunity to THANK all the key workers from the bottom of my heart. You are all heroes, especially those on the front line, no words can describe how grateful and thankful we all are for your huge efforts, sacrifices and courage you are showing us.

I wanted to write to you directly to keep you informed of the steps we have taken to continue to provide the very best service to you during these very worrying and difficult times.
Since I founded Annie Haak 10 years ago, the well-being and happiness of our customers and staff have always come first and of huge importance to me - never has this been truer than today.
My team at Annie Haak have been working closely with our delivery partners, who likewise have been working hard to ensure the safety of their teams. Safety is top priority and hygiene measures are in place to keep us all safe across the board.
