Website Content Administrator

Reporting to: Managing Director, Marketing and Designs Manager

Responsible for: No staff line management responsibility
Location: Annie Haak Designs Ltd, Unit 2 Ridgeway Park, Bedford Road, Petersfield, GU32 3QF
Travel: Occasional local travel may be necessary
Hours of work: 40 hours a week – Full time
Monday – Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm

Job role:    

•    Ensuring the ANNIE HAAK website is up to date and functioning correctly
•    Assisting in day to day marketing tasks

Duties and responsibilities:    

•    Ensuring the ANNIE HAAK website is up to date
•    Ensuring the ANNIE HAAK website is functioning correctly, seeking web developers help and guidance when necessary
•    Generating and updating web shop content with products and promotions.
•    Adding, creating and updating all products on the ANNIE HAAK website
•    Uploading blog posts
•    Researching and contacting third parties for new website modules when necessary
•    Writing new product and collection descriptions
•    Keeping in contact and working closely with our web developers to keep the website at its best functionality and looking its best
•    Updating the press page with current media coverage
•    Creating SKUs for new products
•    Editing and creating images for the website, blogs and social media when required
•    Creating, merchandising and maintaining categories on the website
•    Keeping the homepage up to date with new content when required
•    Updating shipping notices and estimated delivery dates in line with public holidays and office closure
•    Preparing and launching new collections on the website
•    Updating Amazon inventories
•    Creating an Amazon end of month report
•    Updating the ‘Inspire Me’ page
•    Downloading, resizing and renaming imagery from external photography companies
•    Creating trade artwork when required
•    Preparing Google Analytical Insight reports

Skills and Abilities    
Excellent knowledge of the Magento platform
Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop and InDesign
Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent English and writing skills
Communications skills
Excellent organisation skills
Attention to detail
Team working and ability to work alone
Experience working in an office environment
Experience working with a jewellery or fashion brand
Experience in a website or e-commerce position
An understanding of disciplines required to drive traffic to retail website

Education / Qualifications    
Relevant A Level or equivalent standard of education qualifications
Relevant Degree or equivalent standard of education qualification
