Reward points will expire after 12 months from the date of issue. Points that are newly redeemed from a new transaction will be allocated to the oldest remaining balance.

Loyalty points can only be used on full price items and cannot be used in conjunction with gift with purchase, discount, or any other offer unless otherwise stated.

Only one promotion is valid per order, so you are not able to use a Discount Code and your Reward Points. If you wish to use your Points over a discount code that you have already applied, please cancel the code in your cart and you will be able to select you Points as a Payment Method at Checkout.

Annie Haak Designs Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Rewards Program; to be in violation of the Conditions of Use of the website, to be acting in violation of the sites Policies and Procedures; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Annie Haak Designs Ltd reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel the Rewards Program, without notice for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believes is in violation of acceptable usage of our Rewards Program. We also reserve the right to revoke reward points if we feel the participant has tried to abuse the Rewards Program in any way.

Annie Haak Designs can cancel, withdraw or alter the Rewards Program at any time, including these terms and conditions. 

Reward points cannot be added retrospectively for historic orders that existed prior to the launch of our Rewards Program.

Reward points will not be earned on shipping, gift wrap charges, unless stated otherwise.

Reward points will not be earned on the portion of purchases made with the redemption of points.

Product review rewards points - Please note that product review points are limited to 2 reviews (400 points) per day.

Rewards Point Payment Method can be selected at Checkout.

Your continued participation in the Rewards Program will confirm your acceptance of any changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these terms and conditions and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the program. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop participating in the program.

Participation

To join the Rewards Program, you must have a valid email address. It is your responsibility to keep Annie Haak Designs updated if your email address changes. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of points or Rewards incurred because of out-of-date details.

Gift with purchase

From time-to-time Annie Haak Designs may offer a free promotional gift with a minimum order spend. In the event of such promotion, Reward points cannot be earned against the RRP value of the free promotional gift. All other gift with purchase T&C’s still apply.

Redeeming points

Each reward can only be redeemed on transactions exceeding a total of £55.00, however there is no minimum on your point spend, as you can use as little as 10 points which is £0.10 off. 

You will be able to select you Points as a Payment Method at Checkout.

Redeeming points - VIP Rewards Shop

1. Reward Points Redemption: Products listed on this page can only be redeemed using reward points. No cash payments, card payments, or other payment methods are accepted.

2. Points Requirement: Each product has a fixed number of reward points required for redemption. Customers must have sufficient points available in their account at the time of redemption.

3. No Cash Alternative: Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any monetary value.

4. Delivery Method: Only one delivery option is available for reward redemptions and it is free of charge: Free Standard Delivery 3 - 5 working days. The delivery timeframe will be communicated at the time of redemption via email and tracking number.

5. Returns: Exclusive Reward Designs may be returned or exchanged within 28 days of receipt. Exchanges are limited to a different size of the same item and are subject to our standard returns policy. For any return where a refund is requested, the same number of reward points used for the original purchase will be credited back to the original account. No cash or monetary refunds will be provided, and points cannot be transferred to another account.

6. Account Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring their account details and delivery information are accurate before completing the redemption.

7. Points Deduction: Reward points will be deducted immediately once the redemption order is confirmed.

8. Program Changes: The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards redemption program, including product availability and point values, at any time without prior notice.

9. Misuse of Program: Any suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms may result in cancellation of the redemption and/or suspension of the customer's rewards account.

Refunds

 If Reward Points are earned or used on an order that is later refunded (in full or in part), the points will be allocated proportionally across the items in the order. When a refund or return is processed:

• Reward points earned from any returned or refunded products will be removed from your points balance.
• If you have redeemed points against a purchase that is later returned, those points will be added back to your account.
• Points adjustments are calculated proportionally across all items in the original order.

If a refund results in a negative Reward Points balance, Annie Haak Designs reserves the right to recover the monetary value of the negative balance, either by deducting it from the refund or by requesting repayment.

Expiration

You have 12 months to redeem your Reward Points, and points will expire after 12 months if no purchase is made. If a purchase is made, all points will renew for an additional 12 months from the date of each purchase.

Termination

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be removed from our Rewards program. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

If you chose to re-enrol your point total will begin again from 0. Loyalty points cannot be added retrospectively for historic orders.
