Repairs, Restring & Shine
We offer a repairs and restringing service for jewellery needing some TLC. Please note that all of our jewellery repairs are carefully handcrafted. Due to the nature of this work, delivery may take approximately 2–3 weeks.
- Warranty: Annie Haak and NU & MII jewellery includes a 12‑month warranty (woven/friendship jewellery: 6 months) from the purchase date.
- Items must be returned to qualify for a free repair or replacement along with proof of purchase/original order number.
- Without proof of purchase, repairs will incur a charge.
- Warranty does not cover lost or stolen items, tarnishing, general wear and tear, or stretching.
- Items outside warranty will incur a repair fee.
Additional Repairs
- We can repair items outside their warranty period.
- We recommend restringing hand‑threaded jewellery every 2–3 years.
- Our team will restring your item with high‑quality elastic and restore its shine.
- Vintage items may not be fully restorable; we’ll notify you of any extra costs before work begins.
- Once received, we’ll assess your item and send a quote (including £4.95 return postage) along with a secure payment link.
How to return - Free UK returns via the Royal Mail
- Include a complete REPAIRS - RESTRING FORM (No printer? No problem, simply include a handwritten version with your return).
- Please note, if unsure of the bracelet’s size, please follow our Size Guide; sadly, we won’t be able to assess the items without a size reference
- Please package your item using minimal packaging - preferably a pouch for the jewellery and a jiffy bag.
- Create your returns label/QR code: http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/1149 inserting your full name if an order number cannot be provided. If you are returning multiple orders, please choose one of the order numbers to complete the form (No printer? Please present the QR Code to the post office or book a free collection with Royal Mail following the above link; they’ll bring the label to you!).
- Attach the label or present the QR code at the Post Office
- Keep your proof of postage.
