We are constantly trying to improve and embed sustainability into our business by setting new sustainability goals in addition to the below,
- We are supporting the local community in Bali by collaborating with small Silversmiths that have grown their businesses with Annie Haak Designs. Annie loves sourcing from the artisans in Bali. They have incredible skills of which are passed down through the ages, something that she is passionate about. She loves the fact that due to a vast selection of designs and materials these crafts are kept alive. The skill which goes into every wax carving is extraordinary, and Annie never tires of watching the artist achieve something magnificent from a free hand drawing that she provided them with. Annie is quietly proud that she has been able – due to the success of Annie Haak Designs – to keep the tradition and arts evolving as well as improving their livelihood. This has stemmed from mutual respect for the Bali culture and craftsmanship and it has been - and continues to be - a wonderful life experience.
- We are constantly reviewing eco-friendly solutions for office administration and packaging. Since 2022 we have reduced the paper waste on our orders by promoting online returns.
- We are updating our packaging to 100% recyclable materials.
- We are promoting recycling and re-using metal by melting components and any pieces that don’t pass our quality tests.
Greenspark x Annie Haak
We are thrilled to announce an exciting partnership with Greenspark, an initiative that shares our passion for a more sustainable future. Starting 6th November 2023, for each £250 spent we will plant 1 TREE and rescue 5 PLASTIC BOTTLES to nurture our planet.
Together we are ensuring that Annie Haak and NU & MII Designs have a positive impact on our planet.

Future Dreams
Annie Haak Designs is proud to support Future Dreams with the launch of some very special pieces of jewellery from the Pink Ribbon Collection.
Annie Haak is donating 50% of the net proceeds from the Pink Ribbon collection to Future Dreams - a charity whose initiative is to promote the early detection of breast cancer by encouraging everyone to be taught how to self-check for the signs and symptoms.
We hope that with your support we will be able to contribute to the research and life changing care, to make a difference, no matter how small.
Awareness & Self-Check
BEING BREAST AWARE SAVES LIVES
In 2019, 51 women found early signs of breast cancer as a result of the Change + Check campaign launched by Future Dreams in partnership with ITV’s Lorraine Show and our ambassador Helen Addis (otherwise known as The Titty Gritty). The stickers continue to be displayed in changing rooms across the country and in thousands of online shopping deliveries by brand partners every year.

£10,000 donation to support a local school
Annie Haak Designs Ltd has donated £10,000 to Herne Junior School, to provide digital devices to support children with distance education.
Since the COVID-19 outbreak, the world has changed for us all and it hasn’t been easy for our schools, parents and children. We are all in awe of our teacher’s extraordinary efforts in these difficult circumstances, there are still challenges when it comes to remote education. The reality is that there are pupils that face falling behind their peers as many are without digital devices or even internet access. Due to a surge in COVID-19 cases the schools are closed once again, and it is more important than ever to support them.
Annie feels very strongly about giving back to the community, especially during these unprecedented and challenging times. Mount Carmel
In 2020, Annie Haak designed in support of her chosen charity, Mount Carmel Rehab, to help raise funds and awareness for this not-for-profit organisation, 50% of proceeds from The Hope Bracelet Stack was donated directly to the charity that provides a center of excellence for alcohol treatment.
Handcrafted of 925 Sterling Silver this exceptional Five-Strand Bracelet Stack featured two of Annie Haak’s most popular Santeenie Bracelets with an Open Star and a Heart with Stars Charm. In addition the Mini Orchid Silver Charm Bracelet was featuring a very special message on its Motto Heart Charm of “Win from Within” and the Piccolo Charm Bracelet had a choice of initial which together with the special Twisted Silver Bangle completed this unique Sterling Silver Bracelet Stack to perfection.
In many countries mental health issues are on the increase, and many are facing unimaginable challenges. Here at Annie Haak Designs we are proud to have had the chance to work with such a dedicated charity.
Dementia Support – Sage House
From 2019 until 2022, Annie Haak Designs has supported the amazing charity, Dementia Support - Sage House. Annie Haak designed the Memories Matter Bracelet Stack to raise awareness for the Sage House Hub based in West Sussex.
Proceeds from this stack were donated directly to the charity, to help fund the excellent quality care and support Sage House offers to everyone affected by dementia.
In 2022 Annie Haak supported the Christmas Double Up appeal for the Big Give and they have matched our donations raising an astounding £10,000!

Smart Works
In March 2019, Annie Haak proudly supported Smart Works, a UK-based charity dedicated to coaching and dressing unemployed women for job success. At the heart of Smart Works, women are invited for a personalised styling session, receiving a complete outfit of clothes and accessories for their specific job interview. To compliment the service the charity provides, Annie Haak donated a number of beautiful bespoke Sterling Silver charm bracelets engraved with the inspirational motto ‘Dream Big’.

Sausage Tree
In May 2018, Annie Haak released the Chiwawatala Collection in collaboration with the not-for-profit organisation, Sausage Tree Charity. The range of necklaces and bracelets were designed by Lucinda Chignell, Chairperson and Founder of the charity. 50% of proceeds from the collection were donated directly to Sausage Tree.
