

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Terms
Returns
If you change your mind within 28 days of receiving your order, you may return items for an exchange or refund.
Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, with the Annie Haak security tag attached.
- Items without a security tag will be returned to you without refund.
- Personalised engraved items can only be returned if faulty.
- Delivery costs will be refunded for faulty items only.
- Gift wrap is non-refundable.
- Any promotional gifts from the same order must also be returned to receive a full refund.
- A completed RETURNS FORM must be included on your refund/exchange, or it may be delayed.
- Refunds incur a £2.95 returns fee, deducted from your total.

Exchanges
If the size or style isn’t right, you may exchange your item. For tips on sizing, please visit our Size Guide page to find out the perfect size for you – please note we also offer bespoke sizes for the majority of our stretch bracelets or rings.
- P&P charges apply for sending the replacement.
- If the new item costs more, we will contact you for payment before dispatch.
- If it costs less, we will refund the difference (minus P&P).
How to exchange:
- Include a completed RETURNS & EXCHANGES FORM (No printer? No problem, simply include a handwritten version with your return).
- Package all items into one parcel - if you are returning multiple orders, please send in one parcel.
- Create your returns label/QR code: http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/1149 If you are returning multiple orders, please choose one of the order numbers to complete the form (No printer? Please present the QR Code to the post office or book a free collection with Royal Mail following the above link; they’ll bring the label to you!).
- Attach the label or present the QR code at the Post Office.
- Keep your proof of postage.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 3 working days of receipt (allow 7–10 days to appear on your statement).
- Refunds using Rewards Points may require repayment if the balance becomes negative either via deducting from the refund, or requesting a repayment.
- Refunds are subject to a £2.95 return fee which will be deducted from the refund total.
How to return for a refund:

International returns

- Return postage is the sender's responsibility.
- Mark the customs form as RETURN and keep the proof of posting.
