Christmas Returns Policy

Customers placing orders between 4th October and 23rd December 2024 have until the 16th January 2025 to return unwanted items for a refund. All other terms and conditions still apply.

Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if within 28 days of receipt you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you an exchange for a different size or item, or a refund.

The following Terms & Conditions apply:

Items must be unworn and in their original condition with the Annie Haak security tag in place.
Items without a security tag will not be refunded, they will be returned to the sender.
We are unable to accept returns of pierced jewellery or items with a personalised engraving unless faulty.
Gift wrap is non-refundable.
Any promotional gift received from the same order must also be returned to receive a refund in full.
A completed RETURNS FORM must be included with your return, failure to do so will delay your exchange/refund.

Exchanges

Should you decide that the size of your new jewellery isn’t quite right, or you would prefer a different item, you are welcome to return it to us for an exchange.

For tips on sizing, please visit our Size Guide page to find out the perfect size for you – please note we also offer bespoke sizes for the majority of our stretch bracelets or rings.

Simply contact us via email or phone with your order number and the item/size you would like to exchange to. We will then provide you with a free returns label to send your original order back to us.

Please note:

Exchanges are subject to a P&P charge to send the new item to you.
If the new piece of jewellery is more expensive, we will contact you once we’ve received your original item back to process the additional payment for the price difference and P&P before we send out your new jewellery.
If the new item is lower in price, we will refund you the difference (please note, P&P fees will be deducted from the partial refund).

Download, print, complete and enclose our RETURNS & EXCHANGES FORM as we will be unable to process the return without the completed form enclosed.
Package all items into one parcel - if you are returning multiple orders, please send in one parcel.
Go to http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/1149 to create your FREE returns label/QR code. If you are returning multiple orders, please choose one of the order numbers to complete the form.
Attach the label to the outside of your parcel.
Take the parcel to your local post office and ensure you keep your proof of postage.

Please note, postage costs will apply on all exchanges.

Refunds

If you would prefer a refund instead of an exchange, please follow the below steps. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 3 working days of receipt. Funds may take 7-10 working days to appear on your statement once issued.

Free UK returns via Royal Mail

If you placed your order via your account, then log into your profile, head to ‘My Orders’ and click ‘Return’ and chose the item(s) you wish to return.

International returns

Return costs are the responsibility of the sender. Please ensure to write ‘RETURN’ on customs declaration form – retaining proof of posting.
