Angel was found scared and abandoned in a dustbin. When Annie saw her, she immediately fell in love and adopted her. From that day forward, there was no looking back! Now residing at Annie’s home in Bali, her personality has blossomed - she is best described as cheeky, mischievous and affectionate. Most importantly, Angel has filled Annie with so much love.
The iconic My Guardian Angel charm was born in response to a difficult time in Annie’s personal life, when her husband Johnie was critically injured in a motorcycle accident in Bali. Watching over Johnie that day was his guardian angel, and so became the signature piece for Annie Haak Designs. On that trip, a chance encounter with a taxi driver became the turning point as he introduced Annie to a local silversmith, who breathed life into her designs.
