Designed in support of Annie Haak’s chosen charity, Dementia Support - Sage House, 50% of proceeds from the Memories Matter Silver Charm Bracelet will be donated directly to the charity who provide excellent quality care and support for everyone affected by dementia. Handcrafted in 925 Sterling Silver, this design features a Heart charm engraved with a ‘Memories Matter’ motto and symbolic Forget-Me-Not Flower to the reverse.

Hand-threaded on high-quality jewellery elastic in the UK with a stretch fit that will sit comfortably around any wrist. Bracelet is approximately 17cm inner circumference. Please call if you require a custom size.
