Designed in support of Annie Haak’s chosen charity, Dementia Support - Sage House, the Memories Matter Bracelet Stack and Memories Matter Silver Charm Bracelet are meaningful bracelets to raise awareness and funds for the ambitious charity who provide excellent quality care and support for everyone affected by dementia. We have been donating 50% of the proceeds from the sales to Sage House.
This year we have supported the Christmas Double Up appeal for the Big Give and they have matched our donations raising an astounding £10,000!
Established in 2014, Dementia Support set out with a vision to create a partnership of organisations working together under one roof in a unique, modern and purposefully designed hub, which led to Sage House being opened in West Sussex in 2018. The aim of the charity is to support and engage people living with dementia and their families to maintain their wellbeing and cognitive abilities, to prevent loneliness and isolation and to access good quality information, guidance and emotional support.
