Caring for Annie Haak gold-filled items is a easy as caring for silver jewellery. Simply keep away from chemicals, clean regularly with mild soapy water, rinse well and pat dry with a non-scratching cloth. Polish gently with a jewellery cloth.
When wearing and removing your jewellery, please treat it with care. Avoid bringing your jewellery into contact with hard surfaces or sharp objects, or subject it to any force or pressure, all of which may result in damage.
Avoid contact with harsh household chemicals such as bleach, ammonia or chlorine, perfume, hairspray and deodorant etc, as these chemicals cause rapid discolouration that may damage your jewellery. Do not swim or bathe wearing your jewellery.

Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if within 28 days of receipt you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a refund.
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition with the Annie Haak security tag in place.
- Items without a security tag will not be refunded, they will be returned to the sender.
- We are unable to accept returns of pierced jewellery or items with a personalised engraving unless faulty.
- Gift wrap is non-refundable.
- Any promotional gift received from the same order must also be returned to receive a refund in full.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 3 working days of receipt. Funds may take 7-10 working days to appear on your statement once issued.
A completed RETURNS FORM must be included with your return, failure to do so will delay your refund, or result in your refund not being processed.

How to return - Free UK returns via the Royal Mail
If you placed your order via your account, then log into your profile, head to ‘My Orders’ and click ‘Return’ and chose the item(s) you wish to return.

- Download, print, complete and enclose our RETURNS FORM as we will be unable to process the return without the completed form enclosed.
- Go to http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/1149 to create your FREE returns label/QR code. Attach the label to the outside of your parcel.
- Take the parcel to your local post office and ensure you keep your proof of postage.
How to return - International returns
- Download, print, complete and enclose our RETURNS FORM as we will be unable to process the return without the completed form enclosed.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the sender. Please ensure to write ‘RETURN’ on customs declaration form – retaining proof of posting.
