Sterling silver is a precious metal and will tarnish over time as natural gases in the atmosphere react with the surface of the silver. High levels of humidity will increase the rate at which silver will tarnish.

Repairs, Restring & Shine

We offer a repairs and restringing service for jewellery needing some TLC.

• Warranty: Annie Haak and NU & MII jewellery includes a 12‑month warranty (woven/friendship jewellery: 6 months) from the purchase date. 
• Items must be returned to qualify for a free repair or replacement along with proof of purchase/original order number.
• Without proof of purchase, repairs will incur a charge.
• Warranty does not cover lost or stolen items, tarnishing, general wear and tear, or stretching.
• Items outside warranty will incur a repair fee.
