Christmas returns – Orders placed 10th October to 23rd December 2025 will have until the 19th January 2026 to be returned for a refund or exchange. All other returns terms and conditions still apply.
Caring for Annie Haak gold-filled items is a easy as caring for silver jewellery. Simply keep away from chemicals, clean regularly with mild soapy water, rinse well and pat dry with a non-scratching cloth. Polish gently with a jewellery cloth.
When wearing and removing your jewellery, please treat it with care. Avoid bringing your jewellery into contact with hard surfaces or sharp objects, or subject it to any force or pressure, all of which may result in damage.
Avoid contact with harsh household chemicals such as bleach, ammonia or chlorine, perfume, hairspray and deodorant etc, as these chemicals cause rapid discolouration that may damage your jewellery. Do not swim or bathe wearing your jewellery.
Repairs, Restring & Shine
We offer a repairs and restringing service for jewellery needing some TLC.
- Warranty: Annie Haak and NU & MII jewellery includes a 12‑month warranty (woven/friendship jewellery: 6 months) from the purchase date.
- Items must be returned to qualify for a free repair or replacement along with proof of purchase/original order number.
- Without proof of purchase, repairs will incur a charge.
- Warranty does not cover lost or stolen items, tarnishing, general wear and tear, or stretching.
- Items outside warranty will incur a repair fee.
