Good news! Customers ordering to certain Western Europe countries, such as the Republic of Ireland, France and Germany as well as the USA won’t face any unexpected charges.

The price you pay at checkout includes all import VAT and duties, so there are no additional costs to pay on delivery.

Returns

At present, we are unable to offer free returns for international orders. Return postage costs are therefore the responsibility of the sender.

How to return your order:

1. Complete our Returns Form

Please download, print, complete and include our RETURNS FORM with your parcel. We’re unable to process returns without a completed form.

No printer? No problem - a handwritten version containing the same details is absolutely fine.

2. Arrange your return

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the sender. Please clearly mark ‘RETURN’ on the customs declaration form and retain proof of posting.

Our parcels will not fit through a letterbox. If you miss your delivery, please check your tracking link for further details, to organise redelivery or to collect your item from your local delivery office
For Saturday Delivery ordered on a Friday, please select Next Day. For Saturday Delivery ordered Monday to Thursday, please contact us at [email protected] to notify us.
